As Entrepreneurship Manager, Augusta works with current RCA students and InnovationRCA founders to develop their entrepreneurship skills and support them to develop their business proposals.
Augusta has a wealth of experience supporting innovators and early stage IP-led startups both in and outside of academia. She has managed across institutional entrepreneurial learning programmes and complex stakeholder relationships to deliver a wide range of projects. Most recently she has overseen the day-to-day management and operations of a £5m UK Research & Innovation funded MedTech focussed accelerator programme at Imperial College London. Prior to that she supported the delivery of an NHS digital health accelerator and has held business operations roles in SMEs and charities. Augusta particularly enjoys supporting budding entrepreneurs to realise their own potential whilst turning their inventions into a commercial reality.
