Term Time
These are the periods during which teaching, assessment, any public exhibitions, the library and both supported and supervised technical services are fully operational.
Battersea & Kensington
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 10pm
- Saturday, 10am – 8pm
- Closed on Sundays
White City
Garden House:
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 10pm
- Saturday, 10am – 8pm
- Closed on Sundays
Media Works:
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm
- Closed on Saturday and Sunday
Library in Kensington
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 9pm
- Saturday, 10am – 5pm

Non-Term Time

MediaWorks (White City)

Library in Kensington
- Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.

During non-term time and independent study, limited Technical Services spaces and the Library are available for students to use. The hours that students are able to access Technical Services differ to term time to allow for staff leave, training and equipment maintenance.
Students can keep up-to-date all year round with the technical services live status on the intranet.
College closure days
College campuses and buildings are closed on UK Bank Holidays and for annual official College Closure Days, which are listed below for the 2026/27 academic year:
- Thursday 24 December 2025 – Friday 1 January 2027 inclusive, reopening Monday 4 January 2027.
- Thursday 25 March – Tuesday 30 March 2027 inclusive.
