As Head of Knowledge Exchange at the Royal College of Art Tatiana is leading the RCA’s collaboration with industry, government, SMEs and other external partners to deliver the College’s strategy on external collaboration and executive education.

Tatiana holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK, where she focused on innovation strategy and entrepreneurship. She is a Chartered Marketer and Chair of the Greater London Regional Board at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Tatiana has over 20 years' experience in research commercialisation, business development and professional training. Throughout her career Tatiana has held senior management roles at leading universities and professional training institutions including Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Kaplan Professional (part of Washington Post Group), London Business School and Imperial College London. Most recently Tatiana worked as a consultant specialising in technology commercialisation, start-ups, open innovation and skills development. 

Tatiana's research interests include university-industry collaboration, open innovation, technology and knowledge transfer. In 2012 she took Best Paper Award at SRA International for her research in the field of knowledge transfer and cooperation between universities and business. In 2014 Tatiana was involved in the development of the Triple Helix conference working as a member of the Scientific Committee.

Tatiana regularly presents at international conferences, delivers workshops and lectures on innovation management, open innovation and entrepreneurship.
