RCA USA – with the support of RCA students, alumni and supporters in the US – helps achieve international standards of excellence in postgraduate education for artists and designers which closely aligns with the RCA and its 182-year-old history. 

Since moving from London to Los Angeles, Grainge has remained actively engaged in both the business and philanthropic communities. For more than 25 years, Grainge worked as a senior executive at River Island, which was founded by her father over 50 years ago. 

She is a member of the board for the Bernard Lewis Foundation and serves as a trustee of the Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children. She is also a trustee and member of the board of the Archer School for Girls in Los Angeles and member of the board of Los Angeles County Museum of ART (LACMA).
