1. Discovery & Consultation: We begin with a detailed discussion to understand your strategic goals, learning objectives, and the specific challenges you wish to explore. We will also cover your desirable group size, timing, duration and location.
2. Bespoke Proposal: Based on our consultation, we develop an in-depth proposal outlining the curriculum, learning outcomes, format, and budget for your programme.
3. Co-Design & Delivery: Once agreed, we assign a lead faculty member to co-design the programme content with your team, ensuring it is perfectly tailored before delivering an engaging and inspiring learning experience.
4. Impact Review: Following the programme, we capture participant feedback and conduct a client debrief to measure success and refine content for any future work together.

The RCA’s state-of-the-art research and innovation Battersea campus was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and opened in 2022, marking the most significant campus development in the College’s history.

We run the majority of our in-person short courses from the top floor of the Rausing Research & Innovation Building – which boasts eight floors of dedicated independent and confidential research space for areas such as materials science, soft robotics, advanced manufacturing, intelligent mobility and AR/VR visualisation.
